• Recording

Recording can be started and stopped manually on the instrument: short press on MEM for spot recording or long press on REC for recording at the rate of the active mode. These instruments also allow you to perform programmed recording (start date, measurement interval from 1 minute to 2 hours and end date customizable with the Data Logger Transfer PC software.

• Map Mode

This function enables the C.A 1110 logger luxmeter to map the lighting in an area or room; the lighting measurements are then saved in the same file. The MAP mode can also map the air speeds measured (C.A 1227 logger thermo-anemometer).

• Smart, essential software

The Data Logger Transfer data analysis software automatically recognizes the instrument when it is connected to the PC via Bluetooth or USB. It allows users to download and display the stored data in real time.

High-level series
The STATOP 500 Series PID controllers form a family of products designed to control the temperature and other physical quantities (pressure, flow rate, etc.) in industrial processes and to manage the positioning of power-operated valves. 
The 500 Series comprises 3 high-performance models: STATOP 548 - 589 - 596. The differences lie in their dimensions (1/16, 1/8 and 1/4 DIN), the extent of the information displayed and the number of logic inputs.

Advanced, customizable functions
The 500 Series offers a large number of functions, such as the setpoint programmer, logical blocks, the timer, the energy counter and alerts for preventive maintenance. Because the functions are configurable, they can be saved and reused for future applications.  

Universal solution
With their universal input and Modbus RTU communication, the models in the 500 Series are easy to integrate in all command systems or PLCs.

Much more than just a controller...
With their logical blocks and metering functions, the models in the STATOP 500 Series can replace a small PLC or energy meter.

Control of energy costs
Equipped with an internal energy meter, the models in the STATOP 500 Series calculate and indicate your energy consumption on the process in question, in kW and/or €.
 
Integrated maintenance system
Particularly useful for programming preventive maintenance operations, the STATOP models perform counting of the commands and allow programming of alarm thresholds. The operator is informed of the maintenance to be performed on the actuators by a message on the display.

PYROtools software
The PYROtools software can be used to set up an extended configuration, create working recipes and upgrade the controller's firmware via a PC, without needing to power the controllers.

High Performance Thermal Camera

The CA1954 DiaCAm2 is perfectly balanced, whether placed on a table or held in the hand.  The display on a wide 2.8-inch screen with automatic brightness adjustment ensures that it can be read comfortably. The field of view is 38° x 28° and the camera is focus-free. The lens is protected by a slide-down cover built into the instrument, so that it cannot be lost and does not get in the way when you work.
Contextual help guides users step-by-step, thus limiting the risk of errors.
Particularly rugged, with IP54  ingress protection, the camera can withstand falls from 2 metres (laboratory tests).

Concentrated measurement
The CA1954 is a communicating camera which simultaneously recovers the measurements from other instruments such as current clamps, multimeters, thermometers, thermo-hygrometers, etc., via Bluetooth. 
In this way, users can link the thermograms from the camera to the data from measurements made simultaneously with other measuring instruments. This involves values such as:
- the dew point, 
- the humidity,
- the ambient temperature,
- the current, etc.

The integrated emissivity table can be enhanced as required. It is possible to rename the images and thermograms by site and record voice comments for easier follow-up. The C.A 1954 has a memory capacity of nearly 4,000 images on the 2 GB removable µSD card supplied which can easily be replaced with a 32 GB card.

Concentrated applications

The CA1954 is ideal for all applications in the building industry and for electrical and mechanical maintenance: 
- thermal audits, 
- fault detection (thermal bridges, seepage, presence of humidity), 
- electrical maintenance: detection of faulty contacts, unbalance, etc.
- mechanical maintenance: detection of wear points, engine overheating, lubrication problems, etc.

In industrial maintenance, linking thermograms and current measurements enables you to find out the load level at the time of measurement, facilitating identification of the fault and assessment of its criticality.  
In buildings, the isotherm coupled with the dew point value can be used to detect areas at risk from mould.

It is possible to record and store the configurations for the different applications (building, electrical cabinet, etc.), thus saving extra time.

The CAmReport® software, supplied free of charge, can be used to create automatic reports which can be exported in Word or PDF format. This simplifies printing and archiving.

The CA1954 is delivered ready to use in a site-proof casing with all its accessories, including the Bluetooth earpiece. It complies with the environmental protection and part recycling specifications of the Chauvin Arnoux Group's "Eco-Conception" eco-design label.
