Designed for the METRIX GX1025, GX1050 & GX1030 generators, SX-GENE can be bused to:
control the generator and record or restore configurations;
load the arbitrary signals generated from a graphical curve editor or mathematical model editor or signals from curves recovered from an oscilloscope (TRC files).

To check: "Utility" key, "1/2" menu and then "EditInfo".
If an upgrade is necessary, download the file "Firmware v1.01.01.27" onto a USB key, insert the USB key in the front panel of the generator and start the upgrade.

"Utility" key, "1/2" menu and then "Update":
- Select "USB Device (O:)" with the up and down arrows,
- Select the file with the "Browser/File" menu and the up and down arrows,
- Choose the "Recall" menu
- Restart the generator when the following message is displayed:"Update is finished. Restart!".

With the software Data Logger Transfer, you will be able to :

• Setup the instruments,
• Download and display the trends,
• Display real time values,
• Display data in curves or table,
• Export automatic reports in Word (.docx format), 
• Export data into Dataview (.dvb files) or into Excel

Compatible with Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.

Attention: DataView is not provided with the software Data Logger Transfer

Drivers required for communication between CA 10101E or CA 10141E devices and Regressi or Graph2D PC software running under Windows 7 or 8.

These drivers are not required under Windows 10 or 11.

Installation

To upgrade your camera's firmware, you need to download the file "ca1954_update_v01.07.tar_.zip", then extract it on your computer.

 

The file "CA1954_update_v01.07.tar.gz" is to be copied to the SD card of the camera without renaming it.

When the camera starts, the file is detected and an update request appears.

Make sure that the battery level is sufficient for the update (it takes appoximately 1 minute).

Installation

To upgrade your camera, you need to download the CameraLoader_Installer software.
Once installation has finished, run the program, select your language in the top right-hand corner and click on "Start".

Then, you have to follow the instructions inside the loader.

Loader language: French, English

Firmware language: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Finnish, Swedish, Czech, Romanian, Polish, Portuguese, Dutch, Turkish, Korean

The MTLink software allows you to control the C.A 6165 multi-function electrical equipment tester.

Funcions:
MTLink software is a tool for:

• Instrument configuration,
• Automatic scripts development,
• Downloading and viewing data in memory,
• Creating reports from this measurement data.

The software is available in 6 languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.

For installation, extract the zip file into a single folder, then run the setup

Download the latest version of the firmware v1.09 for the CA 6422 and CA 6424 and benefit from all the latest improvements.

Here is the procedure for connecting the device to the PC :


Please find enclosed the new firmware.

- Unzip it,

- Connect the instrument to the PC,

- Run the .exe file,

- A pop-up window will open,

- The first line will show the instrument, click on the "program" icon...

Please note: the CA 6422 and CA 6424 are non-communicating products, so the instruction "connect the instrument to the PC" is a shortcut and requires a tool not supplied as standard with the product.

You will find hereafter an important firmware update for CA 6161 / CA 6163 instruments.

The PAT 3 Software - Power Analyser Transfer allows you to control your CA 8345 energy analyser.

To download this software, please click on the entilted file "X05077D00_PAT3_1.04" and unzip it. After that, double click on the "Setup.exe" to install it.

The PAT 3 Software is a tool for :

• Configure your CA 8345,
• Download and view data in memory,
• Make instantaneous acquisitions,
• Display the data in tabular or graphical form,
• Export measurement data to DataView (*.dvb files) or to a spreadsheet.

Once the PAT 3 software is installed, you can download the samples below which are available to you. To do this, download the file and unzip it. Once you have done this, save the file to /DataView/DataFiles/Qualistar Class A.

ScopeNet lets you, from your tablet or Android phone :

- Take control of METRIX oscilloscopes.
The purpose of this application is to monitor waveforms and measurements on a series of METRIX OX7000, OX6000B or MTX105X oscilloscopes. The application is designed to work with oscilloscopes with an Ethernet connection, whether they are already configured with DHCP or not.

To connect to an oscilloscope :
- the scope's Socket Server must be started
- the ‘ScopeAdmin’ port must be set to 5000
- the ‘ScopeNet’ port must be set to 5010

The application offers full control over the oscilloscope, such as viewing measurements and starting/stopping acquisitions.
The application does not control the oscilloscope's internal file system or SD card.
ScopeNet can be used to view all instruments and their compatibility on the network.
All installed functions and modes are available with ScopeNet.

Do not use ScopeNet and SX-METRO simultaneously.
This application can be installed on tablets from 7 inches or SmartPhones from 4.3 inches (reduced command set).
